Women in Leadership Program Evaluation | Interim Findings

Our team are undertaking a longitudinal evaluation of the Women in Leadership program, a 3-day program delivered by the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation (MCHRI). We aim to capture key outcomes for individual women at various career stages, and outcomes for organisations.

We are delighted to share some interim findings for the embedded program at Monash Health here and in the short video below. Monash Health is a lead partner on the Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership national initiative.
